Eden has been a valued member of the Action Pack Dog Center team at Round Rock for nearly five years. Her lifelong love for dogs made working in pet care a natural fit. She started with us as a boarding lead, where she spent several years ensuring the safety, happiness, and well-being of the pups in her care. In recent years, Eden has transitioned into bathing and grooming, developing a passion for the craft along the way. She finds it incredibly rewarding to help dogs look and feel their best and takes great pride in providing each pet with a positive, comforting experience.
Randi is a professional dog groomer at Action Pack Dog Center Round Rock and has been proudly serving pets and their families since August 2016. Her passion for animals began early, growing up around her mother’s veterinary clinic, where she learned the importance of gentle, attentive care. Before joining Action Pack, Randi worked as a veterinary technician assistant, gaining valuable insight into animal health and behavior. Whether it’s a full groom or a little extra TLC, she is dedicated to making every visit a safe, positive, and stress-free experience. Randi truly loves what she does and treats every pet as if they were her own.
